We perform a detailed assessment around of needs and your carers needs. We provide an assessment of your seating requirement,
including the prescription of electric and manual wheelchairs. We also offer complex seating assessment and recommendations to support your posture and your physiological needs.
Home Modification
Do you live with a mobility device?
Do you for your carer find it hard to access specific sections of the house?
We provide home modification services to make your house accessible. The recommendations are based on Australian standards and national
construction code (NCC). The modifications include structural and non-structural changes including bathroom, access and kitchen modifications.

Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider and provide services to the participants predominantly in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne in Victoria.

How do I seek services from you?
If you require services from us, please contact us via phone, fax or email. Details are listed in the Contact Us section of the website. We will get in touch with you to discuss your needs at the earliest convenient time. If you have a support coordinator, they too can get in touch with us to coordinate the service.

Do you need a copy of my NDIS plan?
Yes, our preference is to obtain your NDIS plan. The plan provides us with the details, which helps us to prioritise your goals based on the available funding.

How to make a referral and what to expect
- To obtain service from us, please fill the online referral form <
> - One of our friendly team members will get in touch with you to discuss your referral in detail and will offer an appointment.
- You will receive a welcome package shortly after the appointment is scheduled. The welcome kit contains document such as privacy policy, fees, terms and conditions etc. We expect you to read and sign the documents prior to our visit.
- During the appoinment we will assess the function and set goals with you and we will support and assist you to reach your goals.

We offer our services usually under two weeks. You case can be prioritised if required.
